TurboWashpowder is a heavy duty low foaming alkaline cleaner that has been developed for use in Spray Washers and immersion tanks for use on aluminum and ferrous metal components. This is the powder most frequently used in our rental equipment and is offered standard as part of a Customer Owned Machine Service (COMS). It combines powerful alkaline salts, biodegradable surfactants, soil suspending agents, water softeners, corrosion inhibitors and builders to powerfully and completely remove most oils, grease, lubricants and polishing compounds from both ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces. The non-caustic formulation ensures that it is safe to use on most metals commonly used through-out the automotive and industrial sectors.

ProDip PC044 is an alkaline, hot tank degreaser, decarboniser, paint stripper and deruster used for ferrous metals only. It is not suitable for aluminium or aluminium alloys as this is a caustic powder that will react with and damage aluminium parts. When used at elevated temperatures,

PRODIP PC044 will quickly remove carbonised oil, a broad range of paints, corrosion deposits and all types of grease. PRODIP PC044 is regularly used by engine reconditioners, automotive workshops, organic surface coating removal and engineering workshops. PRODIP

PC044 is designed to rapidly wet, penetrate, decompose and suspend most fats, oils, greases burnt on carbon and proteinaceous soils, commonly found on metal surfaces in the food, transport, engine reconditioning and engineering industries. It does not cause corrosion on ferrous metals.

ProDip PC044 can be used to derust and descale under alkaline conditions without attacking the base metal. This property is particularly valuable for engine reconditioning and engineering industries where it is important to maintain original machining tolerances. It will rapidly penetrate, swell and remove organic surface coatings, e.g. polyurethane, two pack epoxies, acrylics, silicone, varnish and powder coatings.

ProDip PC044 performs multiple functions including degreasing and de-rusting and can thereby assist in reducing the number of tanks required. It contains only biodegradable surfactants that minimize the potential for harm to our environment.

A two part cleaner developed specifically for use in spray washers. ProStrip 1 & 4 comprises a blended alkaline powder (#1) and a solvent component (#4) formulated to remove organic soils and paint from either ferrous or non-ferrous components. It is not suitable for use on magnesium. It combines solvent and detergent action that is particularly helpful in penetrating stubborn soils and paint finishes. It is formulated to aid in the prevention of re-disposition of oils/paints back onto the work surface and will produce easily filtered paint residues. It replaces ethylene chloride based strippers and contains only biodegradable surfactants that won’t harm nature.

A two part cleaner developed specifically for use in agitated hot tanks. ProStrip 1 & 2 comprises a blended alkaline powder (#1) and a solvent solution (#2) for use on steel, cast iron, aluminum and zinc materials. It is not suitable for use on magnesium. Ideal working temperature is between 40C and 60C. ProStrip has added wetting agents to significantly improve the penetration of soils and other coatings. It is devised to completely remove organic soils and paint from either ferrous or non-ferrous components. It is designed to aid in the prevention of re-disposition of oils/paints back onto the work surface and will produce easily filtered paint residues. It is a replacement for ethylene chloride based strippers and contains only biodegradable surfactants that are eco-friendly.
